2024-25 GR Alliance AWANA Online Registration Form

One registration form per family. Payment of annual AWANA club fee ($20 per child or $50 per family) can be paid in person during the registration evening. Online payment is not an option at this time. This fee helps with programming expenses for book, uniform and awards. Scholarships are available. Please check with the AWANA secretary for scholarship information. We look forward to helping the clubbers learn more about Jesus Christ this year! You will be asked to review / sign a copy of this form during the registration event on the first night of AWANA. Thank you!
